Damir Doma

Croatian born designer Damir Doma launched his label in 2006 after broadening his perception of fashion and the arts working under Raf Simons and Dirk Schoenberger.

His collections to date are thoughtful and sensitive. Sheer fabrics, draped silhouettes and subtle fluidity inspired by multiple expressions of identity and fragile ephemeral qualities of the body in his pieces explore contemporary interpretations of masculinity.

Doma's SS 09 collection is loose and organic featuring sheer layers and drapes creating deconstructed formal wear. In its basic neutral palette of off-white, grey, blue and black, this range showcases Doma's continuing exploration of the ephemeral male state.
